Improving health, motivation and performance as an ongoing process with ProLead

What needs to be achieved...

As a manager you are already able to explain the motivation and performance of your staff to both yourself and others. You have well-founded assumptions regarding which steps need to be taken to improve your staff's motivation and performance and what effects are to be expected. You make your decisions on this basis and you feel you are doing the right thing in the correct way.

How it can be achieved...

ProLead provides you with a scientific tool which has been tried and tested in practice to effectively and efficiently manage the process of continual improvement of health, motivation and performance.

ProLead is an analytical tool which enables you - without significant expenditure - to both measure and assess the health, motivation and performance of your staff but also identify and assess in concrete terms those areas which can be improved and which value they have. Standardised indicators enable you to:

  • Benchmark comparable (in structural terms) organisational units (Teams, departments etc.).
  • show in diagram form the effects of changes made in the ProLead activity areas concerned through repeated measuring.
  • see the correlation with routine data such as absenteeism, quality and productivity.

ProLead structures the process in which both management and staff deal with health, motivation and performance issues and the associated pre-conditions involved using empirical data as a basis (data feedback). ProLead enables both management and staff to check their hypotheses and fixed attitudes against the empirically measured data regarding the significance of motivation and performance and their roots. This is the basis and pre-condition for successful, sustainable change.

Prolead is a tried and tested management tool to manage continuous change:

  • Definition of the problem: criteria to assess motivation and performance can be purposefully and clearly defined using Prolead indicators.
  • Gauging the problem: the efficiency of the survey enables you to measure the motivation and performance of your staff regularly and reliably.
  • Optimisation activities: areas in which action can be taken to optimise both motivation and performance are systematically identified, named and weighted according to their potential.
  • Checking on success: The success of the steps taken to enhance performance can be measured and evaluated in the Prolead areas of activity.
  • Proactive Strategy: The sensitive Prolead motivation and performance indicators indicate the need to act before lack of motivation and excessive demands on staff lead to increased absenteeism, quality problems and drops in productivity.
