Bertolt A. Stein (Managing Director)Bertolt A. Stein (d.o.b.1961), Founder and Managing Director at GFGO mbH, has successfully advised and supported a whole host of different-sized companies in the field of organisational development processes in the most diverse of sectors since 1990. Between 1984 and 1994 Dr. Stein worked as a Tutor, consultant, project manager and scientific staff member at the TU Berlin (Technical University). Between 1994 and 2005 he was the managing partner of BGF and CCI in Berlin. Since 2005 he has been the MD of GFGO mbH. Bertollt Stein is the author of a wide range of publications in the field of organisational development, management and health.
Qualifications: Degree in psychology from the Technical University Berlin. Ph.D. thesis. "Aspects of qualitative organisational diagnostics in company health promotion". In partnership with Gerhard Westermayer at the TU Berlin. Training in basic therapeutic behaviour GT and VT (TU Berlin). Training in Organisational Development at the Gestalt Institute in Cleveland under Dr. Ed Nevis: "International Program: A Gestalt Approach to Organization and System Development".

| | Beate Gehlert (Assistant to Managing Director)Beate Gehlert (d.o.b.1953) studied gymnastics and sport studies (passed state exams) and had to give up her job as a teacher in 1976 due to an accident. Between 1976 and 1995 she worked in senior roles in the tourist industry in Germany and abroad. Since 1995 she has taken on managerial and commercial roles and has supported management in various international companies, most recently as the PA to the MD at TRX Germany GmbH. Since 2005 Beate has been the PA to the MD at GFGO and is responsible for the organisation and management of the Office, provides bookkeeping support and helps the GFGO Team with PR and project coordination. |
